· 장애인을 고용한 사업주 또는 고용하려는 사업주, 국가 및 지방자치단체의 장

(공무원이 아닌 근로자 대상) * 보조공학기기 이용 대상자를 지정하여 신청

· 지원 신청 당시 근로자를 고용하고 있지 않거나 4명 이하의 근로자를 고용하고 있는 장애인 사업주 (장애인 근로자를 고용하고 있거나 3개월 이내 고용하려는 사업주에 한함)

· 장애인 근로자 및 장애인 공무원

장애인 1인당 1,500만원(중중 2,000만원)한도 지원(무상지원,고용유지조건 통

* 고용유지기간 2년

* 보조공학기기 상담평가 결과에 따라 다름 제품 지원이나 미지원 가능

1. 한국장애인고용공단 홈페이지(https://www.kead.or.kr) 방문

2. '장애인 지원' → '보조공학기기 지원'에서 신청 서류 다운로드

3. 증빙 서류와 함께 작성 후 해당 지역 본부 접수(페이지 하단 참고)

* 증빙서류 : 재직증명서, 장애증빙서류(복지카드 사본 등) 등

구매 보조금 지원 대상

· 장애인복지법 제32조의 규정에 의하여 장애인으로 등록하여 장애인 등록증을 교부받은 자

· 국가유공자 등 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률 제6조의 규정에 의하여 등록된 자 중 1급 내지 7급의 상이등급 판정을 받은 자

지원 내용

· 보조기기 제품 가격의 80% 지원(본인부담금 20%)

· 기초생활수급자 및 차상위계층은 보조기기 제품 가격의 90% 지원(본인부담금 10%)

* 관할 지자체에서 신청서 및 구비서류 기준 보급대상자

장애 유형별 맞춤형 보조기구 지원(씨사운드 가능)

Who is eligible for purchase subsidies

· Business owners who employ or seek to employ people with disabilities, and heads of states and local governments

(For workers who are not government employees) * Designate a person to receive assistive technology devices

· Business owners with disabilities who are not employing workers or who employ four or fewer workers at the time of application for assistance (Only employers who are hiring or intend to hire workers with disabilities within three months)

· Disabled workers and disability officials

지원 내용

Support up to KRW 15 million (KRW 20 million in the middle) per disabled person (free support, employment maintenance conditions, etc.)

* 2 years of employment

* Depending on the results of the assistive technology consultation evaluation, the product may or may not be supported

Open all the time (until budget is exhausted)

How to apply

1. Visit the Korea Disability Employment Service website at (https://www.kead.or.kr)

2. Download the application form from “Disability Support” → “Assistive Technology Device Support

3. Fill out the application form with supporting documents and submit it to the regional headquarters (see bottom of the page)

* Supporting documents: employment certificate, proof of disability (copy of welfare card, etc.), etc.

Eligibility for Purchase Subsidy

- Persons who have been registered as disabled under the provisions of Article 32 of the Disabled Persons Welfare Act and have been issued a disability registration certificate.

Contents of support

- 80% of the price of assistive device products (20% co-payment)

- Registered deaf individuals in Gyeonggi-do whose household income is at or below 80% of the standard median income

- Registered deaf people in Gyeonggi-do who are in the basic or secondary income bracket
